On behalf of a client in the insurance / pension sector, we are searching for a UI/UX Designer.
Key responsibilities
Design and deliver a high fidelity UX flow for (onboarding) new customers in the life insurance / pension sector
Deliver (and lead) a clickable E2E prototype of onboarding journey, utilizing already defined and scoped CX modules in close collaboration Service Designer and CX & digitalization team.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, product, and IT, ensuring regulatory, technical, and business requirements.
Must haves
Strong UX design capabilities
Comfortable working with business and IT stakeholders; ensuring business viability and technical feasibility parameters are acknowledged and embedded in the design process
Expert at Figma and comfortable utilizing an existing design system
Scope, plan, and run user-tests.
Nice to have
Ideally experienced in highly regulated sectors such as finance
Previous experience in onboarding flows (sector less important)
Familiar with pension/insurance businesses.
