Today, emagine proudly announces its acquisition of the German IT firm, Allgeier Experts. This strategic move marks a significant milestone in emagine's mission to expand its high-end consulting services offering across Europe and solidify its presence in the German market.

"There is an excellent match on both a professional and personal level. “The strategic acquisition is an important milestone in our endeavours to consolidate emagine’s presence on the German market,” Frohnhoff continues to explain. With an average of 120 customers and over 2,000 projects in Germany, emagine achieved almost 50% in revenue growth in the last five years.

Meeting growing demand more effectively

The acquisition of Allgeier Experts is expected to close in November and is subject to approval by the relevant regulatory authorities and the fulfilment of customary closing conditions.
