A global company needed to modernize and rewrite a fundamental part of its software, and had significant challenges getting the right senior competencies on board in their local market.

The company is a leading international provider of innovative regulatory and supervisory technology solutions (RegTech/SupTech), tax reporting products, and services along the regulatory value chain for financial services.

Based on an assessment of the client's challenges, emagine brought in a team of expert consultants to further enhance their development.

The process included:

  • Modernizing the architecture and rewriting some fundamental parts of the high-quality standard software solution for bank and insurance supervisory, which is a market-leading off-the-shelf strategic risk aggregation and regulatory reporting platform.

  • Refactoring project of an established standard software solution for transaction-based

  • Reporting that is designed to help to report agents meet the requirements for several types of

  • Transaction reporting within one application. It focuses on daily reporting and has been around for approximately 20 years.

  • Development of complex business logic in the .NET environment for one of the leading

  • Reporting solutions in the banking environment and preparing the application upgrade to .NET 6

  • Migration project - migrating a reporting solution in the banking environment to the latest tech stack (from Angular.js to Angular 13)
