Ask us how we can help you succeed.
We are committed to doing everything we can to ensure our people thrive and that we are playing our part in protecting the planet. Not only is it the right thing to do, but it is imperative for any organisation wishing to engage with the increasingly conscious customers and to retain the best employees, who rightfully expect more from their employer.
Among our sustainability initiatives, we have worked with EcoVadis, a globally recognised assessment platform that rates businesses' sustainability based on four key categories: environmental impact, labour, and human rights standards, ethics, and procurement practices.
When did the strategy to become more sustainable begin?
We became a member of the United Nations Global Compact back in 2014, but the focus increased significantly when we carried out our first ESG reporting in 2020.

In 2021, we established sustainability-linked loans with our banks, where we committed to KPIs on attrition and female leaders, and in 2022 we joined the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) to align our emissions targets with The Paris Agreement, a goal to substantially reduce greenhouse gas emissions to steady the global average temperature.
